1. Get familiar with the product knowhow and the skill of how to deal with the objection during promotion.
熟练掌握产品知识及其推广过程中反对意见的处理技巧。
2. Seek and develop new customers in the district. Establish sales stratery according to the market research of the difficulty of new customer development, sales potential of product and competitor information.
开发区域内的医院,根据开发的难易程度、产品销售潜力、竞争对手的市场调查,制定销售策略。
3. Assure accomplishment of the sales target.
保证完成销售任务。
4. Organize small-scale seminar.
组织及实施小型学术推广会。
5. Collect the market information and feedback of customer, timely report to the Company.
收集市场信息及客户对产品的反馈意见,及时向公司汇报。
6. Comply with company COC policy.
严格遵守公司的道德行为规范政策

1. Be familiar with the promotion fo pharmaceutical products, with minimum 3 years related field sales experience
熟悉医药的推广工作,有相关领域3年以上的销售经验。
2. Be able to work indepentently, develop now customers,maintain old customers, complete the sales task.
能独立完成工作,开拓新客户,维护老客户,完成公司规定的销售任务。
3. Strong sense of responsibility, can work under pressure.
责任感强,能承受一定的工作压力。
4. Wiith good communication skills and team spirit.
具备良好的沟通技巧,具团队合作精神。
5. College or above educational background with medical or marketing background.
大专以上学历,医药或市场营销专业为佳。
