Description:
Freescale began its business in Tianjin, China in 1992. Today, we have over 4,000 employees in China, and our
operations include an assembly and test plant in Tianjin, six sales offices , as well as design and development resources
in five Chinese cities namely Beijing, Suzhou, Tianjin, Shanghai and Chengdu.
· To provide arm's length support to our customers and markets, Freescale Shanghai has quickly expanded from an
80-people sales office to a 300-strong operation today. Major functions and teams such as R&D, sales and marketing
and global operations have been added to Shanghai.
· Established in 1992, Tianjin Final Manufacturing is one of two Freescale-owned mega-sites for testing and
packaging chips, with a floor space of 14,660 square meters.
· The operation ships more than nine million microcontroller, mixed-signal and radio frequency devices per week.
· Customers include Motorola's Personal Communications Sector and a number of other consumer and automotive
electronics vendors.
· Tianjin Final Manufacturing is home to Freescale's latest integrated circuit (IC) packaging solution, the power quad
flat no-lead (PQFN), targeted for automotive and other high-current, high-power applications.
· Other key packaging technologies include multiple array process ball grid array (MAPBGA), quad flat pack no-lead
(QFN), small outline integrated circuit (SOIC), thin quad flat pack (LQFP), plastic dual in-line pin (PDIP), shrink dual in-line
pin (SDIP), and RF components.
Qualifications:
It's expected that the candidate have some experience in electronic industry at least 1-2 years with the related major
(Mechanics, Electronics, Automation etc..) We are open to the candidates with the related major or experience in
electronics or semiconductor industry. It's preferred to have experience and knowledge in semiconductor industry with
process control and statistical skills.
We expect to have the candidates with good ownership, better trouble shooting for process control and improvement. It's
better to have good written and oral English for communication. At least Bachelor is required for this position. It's preferred
to have green belt certification and program management skills and certification. English as foreign language is required.

It's required to have basic Microsoft office skills and preferred to be familiar with the software like CC+. Semiconductor
innovation is preferred to have to develop the process or improve the process. Most value added to team success is the
