The General Manager must perform the following critical tasks:
1. Sell to senior management of Chinese domestic OEMs, including SOEs.
2. Manage a world class manufacturing operation including quality control, machining and assembly operations.
3. Identify new markets and direct the sales and engineering team to develop them
4. Motivate, retain, train, and lead a staff to achieve higher productivity and profitability.
5. Maintain and develop relationships with international suppliers and customers.


Successful candidates will have:
1. Energy and resourcefulness
2. A mechanical engineering education background
3. Professional fluency in Mandarin and English
4. Experience in manufacturing machined metal components and mechanical assemblies
5. Experience in managing sales and marketing operations
6. A successful track record of executing business plans in China
7. Hydraulic work and/or educational background (a plus but not necessary)
