岗位职责：
1.负责解决比较复杂的问题，需要有很深的MFGPRO知识（阅读以下表格）Responsible for resolving complex issues that require in depth knowledge of MFGPRO (read table below)

2. 根据项目基础定点项目；任务包括指导/构造/培训/商务程序设计/测试
Determined on a project by project basis, tasks may include guiding / performing installation, configuration, training, business process design, testing, customization as required
3. 指导其它资源来解决一些问题
Works with and directs other resources to resolve issues as necessary.
4. 直接与操作团队合作，确保软件交付方案与实现
Work directly with the implementation team to ensure delivery and implementation of the software solution
5. 收集，理解商务需求
Collecting, understanding business requirement
6. 系统学习（包括任何对标准产品并且针对某一特定客户的修改和接口）/商务程序绘制Carry out system study (including customizations and interfaces) / Business Process Mapping

7. 实施差异分析，识别客户需求
Carry out Gap Analysis (where required) and identify the customization requirements
8. 定义项目和范围Defining the project and scope

9. 预估与成本核算Effort estimation and costing

10. 对用户进行标准和模块的培训
Training users on standard and custom modules
11. 将商务需求文家翻译成软件需求说明
Translating business requirement document to software requirement specifications
12. 与技术团队相互合作
Interacting with the technical team to ensure that the requirements are clear
13. 写下说明，协调人员更好的理解需求说明Write specifications and coordinate with developers for understanding requirements
14. 填写试验计划、试验案例Write Test plans, test cases

任职资格的：
1.至少精通某一中心方面的领域知识；在制造，分销和财务方面，也有所涉及
Expertise in at least 1 core area and knowledge of other areas (Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance
2.至少有一个周期的实施经验
Experience of at least 1 Full cycle implementation　
3.有能力处理好数据库的管理
Should be able to do handle Database Administration (DBA) related activities
4.对于９.１Ｘ有很好的工作知识经验
Very good working knowledge of Progress 9.1x
5.有能力处理安装和布局等技术上的问题
Should be able to handle technical issues pertaining to installation, configuration (QAD and .NETUI)
6.在ＵＮＩＸ＆ＬＩＮＵＸ操作系统上很熟练
Experienced in UNIX / LINUX operating systems
7.有能力设计，开发和支持
Ability to design, develop, support custom modules
8.能够很好的支持标准ＱＡＤ模块
Should be able to support standard QAD modules (along with QAD China if required)
9.为了方便与全球交流，需要有很好的英语沟通能力
Should be able to speak good English (to interact with Global teams)
教育程度/经验Education background/ working experience
1.5—10年的工作经验
5-10yearsexperience
2. 拥有汽车行业经验者优先
Preferably someone with experience in the Automotive segment
