JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create manufacturing cost model for material cost, production cost, labor cost etc.

Propose manufacturing standard/target/budget cost for each product and approved by top management team;

Reporting monthly actual cost;

Analysis on the variance between actual cost and standard cost;

Figure out the root cause and counter measure to close the gap ;

Lead continue improvement project to reduce the cost.



REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor degree or above in engineering or other technical field

8+ years progressive experience in manufacturing, strong manufacturing hands on experiences

Demonstrate the ability to lead change

Willing to burden high pressure

Fluent English both oral and written

Good team work and communication skill
