PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Efficiently, due on time, high quality of the output, improvements and increase the productivity
- To ensure the delivery skills for the required products
- To reach the deadline, cost efficiently for the order concerning the customs requirements
- Ideal capacity and manpower planning
- Ability to optimize independently procedures as: operation sequences and operation procedures. Which are important to reach the targets for the stability of logistic and production processes
- Solutions and problem solving
- Teamwork and active support to exchange the information flow.
- Leadership, request and development for the employees based on Corp. leadership principles
- Planning and keeping the budgets and targets
- To retain continuous control for the current budget
- Observances of the personal targets and targets based on Corp. strategy
- Continuously to improve the costs, quality and processing time
- Rationalize the push the process of continuous process improvement
- To observe the law
- Special issues and projects based on demand
- Special abilities and skills to fulfill the job requirement



EDUCATION KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s Degree or above in mechanical design and manufacture or related field.
- Has more than 8 years engineering working experience and above 3 years in management level
- Strong knowledge in Automation is a must.
- Familiar with lean manufacturing and process improvement tools like Kaizen, 6 Sigma, etc.
- Good people management skill
- Good communication skill
