职位描述
工作职责：
1、参与猎头项目前期的职位研究分析，确定合适人才的搜寻方向；
2、根据职位要求，搜寻合适的候选人并作初步沟通判断；
3、完成相关候选人的推荐报告；
4、协助安排客户与候选人的面试；
5、参与候选人背景调查；
6、执行上级安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、大学专科及以上学历，专业不限；
2、普通话没有明显的口音；
3、中文文笔流畅；
4、能熟练地使用Microsoft Office软件；

Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the Project Research of open positions to clearly define the targets;
2. Search suitable candidates and conduct initial assessments;
3. Write recommendation reports of relevant candidates;
4. Help to arrange the interviews between clients and candidates;
5. Conduct reference check of relevant candidates;
6. Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
1. College diploma or above degrees;
2. Fluent in Mandarin – no obvious accent is found during conversation;
3. Excellent in written Chinese;
4. Skillful in using Microsoft Office software.
