Position Title：Finance controller

Department： Finance

Main responsibility：

1. To supervise GL accountant and AP/AR to ensure correctness of monthly reporting

2. To reconcile local accounts to IFRS accounts for monthly reporting

3. To analyze variance between actual and forecast/budget

4. To ensure the accounting practice is compliance with relevant laws

5. To be responsible in annual statuary and tax audit and annual filing

6. To prepare the annual budget and forecast in April and September

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in accounting with accountant qualification certificate and advanced level accountant certificate

2. Minimum 8 years working experience in finance department, among them at least 4 years in the department leading role (supervisor, leader, manager)

3. Good knowledge of ERP systems, familiar with SAP operation(Hyperion is a plus) and Proficiency with Excel is a must

4. Working knowledge of standard inventory costing is required

5. Be familiar with China accounting, audit, tax and Finance law and rules

6. Strong organizational and analytical skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels

7. Experienced with cost controlling and come up with action plan for saving initiative

8. Solid experience in people management and financial processes

9. Fluency in both spoken and written English

10. Adaption on the business travel between Shanghai and Suzhou(6 months to be based at shanghai and move back to Suzhou)
