职位描述
Position: Senior Quality Manager
Tasks:
1. Set up and maintain a cost effective quality team to perform routine functions to maintain the quality system and support production. Routine quality functions include incoming inspection, in-process quality control, material quality issues, final product audit, reliability monitoring, quality system compliance, ISO9000 maintenance, safety agency maintenance, document control, handling of customer issues, certification of operators, handling customer visits and survey, qualification ion of new process, products and materials, control of subcontractors TPM audits, and implementation and deployment of defect prevention activities.
2. Set up quality goals for department and subordinates which match company’s and operation’s goals, assign subordinates to achieve the defined goals; monitoring the progress and provide guidance.
3. Staffs development, couching and training.
4. Supervise the quality team to work with the divisions and regional teams on customer issues, customer questionnaires and implement customers’ quality requirements.
5. Be the management representative for the ISO9000, EMS. Green partner and safety agencies.
6. Handling subcontractor’s qualification; monitoring and improving their quality.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
2. 10 years in a QA management position.
3. Fluent in English, Mandarin.
4. ISO9000 Quality system and audit skill
5. Quality tools such as FMEA, 5-Why, Control Plan, Pareto, Scatter diagram, Fish-bone diagram etc
6. Quality knowledge such as control chart, sampling plan
7. General materials knowledge
8. Good communication, interpersonal skill
9. General knowledge on environmental, social accountability, RoHS, Safety, 5S and LEAN.
10. Failure analysis knowledge
Nice to have:
1. 6-sigma
2. In-depth data analysis knowledge such as ANOVA, test of hypothesis
3. TSI6949 practical experience
4. In depth raw material knowledge of core, wire, injection molding, plating, metal
5. Reliability theory
