Position Details:

This position is primarily responsible for the development and Sales growth of anti-counterfeiting, brand protection, and Custom Color Solution products in China and Southeast Asia to achieve business objectives. The individual will build intimate customer relationships combined with business acumen to significantly increase the penetration of JDSU products. The individual will require consultative problem solving to provide solutions at the Senior Decision making level; provide timely and accurate feedback to sales and marketing management on account status, developing product trends, competitive information.

Required Qualifications:

? Minimum of 5 years of Sales or Marketing experience in brand protection, optoelectronics, optical coating, or automotive industry.
? At least 3 years of experience in selling at the 'D' or ‘C’ level within large corporations or multinationals with extended sales cycles
? Experience with at least one of the OSP markets (Anti-counterfeiting, Healthcare, Consumer Electronics...).
? Track record of business development and results-driven performer.
? Experience building, managing and maintaining a large pipeline of opportunities.
? Proven ability to forecast territory performance.
? Good written and oral communication in English.
? Excellent customer presentation skills and capability to build customer connections with all levels
? Passionate and disciplined self-starter, strong interpersonal skills to work well in stressful situations with customers and interact with all levels of management.
? Able to travel both China domestic and International
? Minimum of 4 year college degree in Optical Engineering or an adjacent specialty such as Physics, Chemistry, Material Science etc.
