Job Description
DynEd provides clients all over China with a blended English language learning solution. Your job will be to visit our clients: training centers, schools, colleges and companies, and train the local teachers/trainers in how to use DynEd software, and how to blend that with classroom learning. You will then follow up this initial training with distance support and then give secondary trainings when necessary.
In addition to this on-site work, you will develop materials: lesson plans, videos, presentations and demonstrations. And you will also occasionally assist with the beta testing of new products.
The job involves working in our head office in Beijing and regularly traveling around China visiting clients. You will be working as part of the PED team and so need to be a good team player. As you will also work on your own when visiting clients you need to be responsible and independent.


Desired Skills & Experience
We are looking for positive, energetic people who are quick learners and hard workers. You will need a background in education, preferably ESL, although we are also currently looking for a specialist in children's education.
We are more interested in your attitude and experience than the number of qualifications you have. If you are invited to, and have a successful interview, you will then be required to prove your ability by passing a challenge DynEd China will set you.

For Chinese Trainers:
- B.A. Degree and above in English or English language teaching
- TESOL or CELTA certificate preferred
- Near-native-speaker level of English competence
- At least 5-years of EFL/ESL teaching experience.
- 2 years of English teacher training experience preferred.
- Familiar with multimedia language teaching methods preferred.
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Have curriculum/lesson plan development experience

For Native English Speaking trainers:
- B.A. Degree and above
- TESOL/CELTA /DELTA or equivalent certificate required
- At least 3-years of EFL/ESL teaching experience.
- Familiar with multimedia language teaching methods preferred.
- Have relevant curriculum/lesson plan development experience.
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Able to make long-term commitment (2 years+)
