职位描述:
1.负责产品的内容规划及运营，包括内容更新、编辑、维护，提升UGC内容数量和质量；
2.负责产品的用户运营，制定用户运营和传播方案。对核心用户群的关系维护以及充分挖掘用户反馈需求，有效提升用户活跃度及留存率，有效帮助产品实现传播增长；
3.了解用户的基本需求，构建良好的产品氛围，并时刻保持敏锐的用户感觉，引导用户产生内容并将内容价值最大化；
4.负责用户活动的策划，提供活动执行方案，协调公司内外部资源进行实施监控；
任职要求：
1.大学本科及以上学历，2年以上互联网公司工作经验，有社交生活类、问答类产品内容运营和用户运营经验优先；
2.掌握用户运营和内容运营的知识及实操经验，具有较好的内容策划能力和活动策划能力，能够独立完成相关活动的策划执行工作；
3.善于通过积分、奖励政策调动用户的积极性与活跃度；
4.具有良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力，工作细致，能承受工作压力,富有责任心，具备较好的危机解决能力；
