职位描述
Responsibilities：
? Develop strategy for the Beer and beverage market through China. Fmiliar with the mindset of Chinese beer and beverage end users;
? Able to distill the potential requirements and need of Beer and beverage end users and carry out certain innovation projects with relevant departments(application, R&D, sales teamds, etc.) in the company;
? Good at conception forming, prmotion and intergration;
? Complete End user and customer (channel) strategy – What is the best approach for each country.
? Working with local teams to develop and drive execution of strategy. Lead and grow local Marketing teams to ensure the above is successful
? Based upon the understanding of the unmet needs of the end user, work with the other relevant group and Product Management to develop sustainable differentiated solutions that will be valued by the entire value chain
? Work with regional Product Management and business managers on optimization of the Product portfolio: Sales, Profitability, SKU optimization, multi-generation product plan aligned regionally and globally wherever possible.
? Translation of best practices from outside the region as well as local best practices
? Work with marketing communication team to promote brands and establish relationship with customers.
Requirements:
? Minimum 5 years experience with at least 3 years in BEVERAGE market segment.
? Experience in Packaging industry catering to BEVERAGE segment is preferred
? Knowledge of Target Market
? Fluent English communicaton skills;
