岗位要求：
1、正规美院毕业，1-2年以上的平面设计和网站设计经验；
2、具有深厚的美术功底，对于创意、画面构图、色彩运用有独到的见解；对创意概念，创意发想和创意执行拥有全程的把控力；
3、精通Photoshop、Illustrator、Fireworks等系列设计软件；
4、较强的沟通能力，能够准确深入理解项目需求。
