职位描述

Sales & Marketing
- Writes an annual Sales & Marketing plan with the GBDD for the own client groups, including sales targets and specific KPI's
- Achieve and reports to the GBDD on agreed sales targets with responsibility for all pricing actions to deliver agreed gross margin budgets.
- Develops pricing strategies with the objective to maximize gross margins.
- Is responsible for acquisition of new projects by preparing quotations in order to complete new contracts
- Optimize current client relations and keep track of customer satisfaction by providing service en meet customer specific requirements.
Business Development
- Develop a network of key customers in order to acquire new accounts, develop breakthrough products and create cost efficiencies.
- Create new business opportunities by introducing existing and new products to new customers.
- Build close working relationships with all internal departments to improve products and services, always looking to reduce costs.
Market & Product Knowledge
- Develop market and competitor knowledge that supports the development of business to maximize market share.
- Stay up to date about development, design, purpose and specifications of all products.
- Communicate with customers to stay abreast of industry or business trends.
Project Management
- Project administration includes the responsibility for an updated PSO (general information / calculation / budget / list of materials / start plan) and providing the project team with correct and complete project documentation.
- Responsible for a transparent and optimal communication structure in order to keep the team members well informed and motivated.
Requirement:
- 8 - 12 years international work experience in sales environment within the Automotive industry
- Communication skills; verbal & written
- English, Chinese language skills
