供应商质量工程师
Supplier Quality Engineer


协助对潜在供应商进行选择，对供应商进行日常管理和定期审核，保证采购件质量符合生产要求。
Assist to choose the potential suppliers .Monitor and audit the suppliers to make sure that the quality of purchasing parts conform to productive requirements.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities
1.对潜在供应商进行Audit和风险分析，编写审核报告，以协助生产采购工程师定点。
Audit and analyze risks of potential suppliers, compile audit reports, and support Production Purchasing Engineer to select suppliers.
2. ？ 监督和协助供应商递交APQP、OTS和PPAP，根据公司标准批准PPAP。
Supervise and support the suppliers to submit APQP，OTS，PPAP. Approve PPAP according to ZF standard
3. 审核供应商的Run @ Rate，2TP 或PSO的实施，并出具报告。
Supervise the implementation of Run @ Rate，2TP or PSO in suppliers, and issue reports
4.将与供应商有关的抱怨（含审核不符合项报告、产品质量不符合报告等）传递给供应商，发起、督促、跟踪、和验证供应商纠正和预防措施（如8D报告）。
Transfer all complaints that related to suppliers (including nonconforming report of audit and product quality). Initiate, request for, and follow-up on the corrective and preventive actions (8D etc.).
5.向供应商进行索赔
claim the suppliers
6.开展持续改进活动，协助供应商改进质量
Improve the quality of suppliers by implementing the Continuous improvement projects.
7.编制月度及年度供应商报告,协助生产采购工程师对供应商进行综合评估。
Compile monthly and annual reports concerning suppliers, assist Productive Purchasing Engineer to evaluate suppliers.
8. 协助分析在入库及生产过程中出现的质量问题，协助处置和统计不合格采购件。
Assist to analyze the quality issues happened in incoming and production, assist to dispose and count nonconforming parts.
9.上级交办的临时任务
temporary task delivered by supervisor


职位任职条件Basic Requirements
1. 4年以上汽车工业行业相关岗位工作经验；
4+ work experience related to car manufactory
2. 本科或以上的学历,机械制造或相关专业
Bachelor or above,major in machine building or other related major
3. 有良好的英语听、说、读、写能力
Well English listening,speaking,reading and write ability
4. 熟悉MS Office
Familiar with MS Office
5. 质量工程师
