Our client is a Leading company in PCB industry.
Position: Factory manager (PCB)
Report to: COO
Team scale：over 1000
Location：Shanghai
Main duties:
？ Authority to give orders and disciplinary guidance to employees of all production departments
？ Continuous reporting to COO
？ Continuous agreements on all relevant tasks to be completed within the group with Operational Director
？ Provide planning instructions and cost monitoring for the entire group
？ Continuous target / actual comparison of key figures like personnel, productivity, yield, performance, quality, environment, material consumption, budget
？ Consideration of environment-relevant specifications in connection with investments
？ Permanent search for ongoing development and refinement for processes and procedures, i.e. technological development considering equally ecological and economic aspects
？ Keep Operational Director informed about possible threats and or opportunities
？ Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
？ Generic technical education.
？ Several years of experience in management position of production department in related industry.
？ Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals.
？ Ability to supervise and train staff, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
？ Excellent negotiation skills.
？ Analytical thinking and acting.
？ Extremely motivated.
