Our client is a leading role in PCB industry.
Position: Quality Director
Report to: American boss
Team members：over 270
Location：Shanghai
Main duties:
？ Achievement of quantified yearly targets.
？ Keep quality of outgoing products on highest level.
？ Represent and promote customer requirements within the plant organization.
？ Ensure that processes needed for the QMS are established, implemented, maintained and improved.
？ Represent company in all quality related aspects (audits, complaints, support requests, etc.)
？ Report to top management on the performance of the QMS
？ Co-operate with international professional associations in the field of quality management.
？ Strategic development of the QM-system.
？ Monitor conformance with quality standards and procedures throughout the factory and initiate all necessary actions to prevent nonconformities of products, processes and QMS.
？ Execute internal audit plan, support external audits.
？ Final decision about block/release/rework/scrap in case of potential product deviations.
？ Secure proper qualification process for new base materials, equipment, processes and tools.
？ Promote continuous improvement process and the use of advanced, systematic problem solving tools.
？ Design and implement reporting guidelines.
？ Design and implement organization structure within the department.
？ Define responsibility and authority within the department.
？ Leadership, motivation and encouragement of QM people.
？ Set priorities and assure execution of commitments.
？ Define necessary infrastructure in terms of equipment and staff.
？ Provide for training of people.
？ Allocate human resources and funds.
？ Decide on selection of new quality employees, decide on termination of existing contracts.
Required Qualifications:
？ Technical background (Bachelor +), experience in PCB industry is preferred or electronic industry.
？ Broad experience in quality standards and management systems
？ More than 15 years of professional experience in management position.
？ Fluent in English.
？ Strong analytical skills.
？ Leadership, decisiveness and social skills, crisis management skills & capabilities.
？ Ability to represent the company to external organizations (customers, suppliers,..)
