Position: BD Manager

Responsibility:
? Develop new channel clients in Great China.
? Develop new business in industry automation segment and energy saving segment for Greater China region
? Make go-to-market strategy, road map and action plan for assigned segment
? Generate the demand from end-user and channel with effective business model.
? Develop the new customers and specified channel partners.
? Leverage and drive the local sales team to grow the new business.
? Promote the solution with functional team’s support
? Be active in business seminar and conferences, target to become a speaker in some time.

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above.
? Six years of sales in foreign-invested or above.
? Has business acumen in manufacturing and enterprise field.
? Has technical background in industry automation and energy monitoring.
? Good understanding of distributor enablement and management.
? Good understanding and knowledge of china market and business.
? Fluent English
