Area Manager/现场管理经理
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· The primary responsibility is to Manage the operations floor on a day to day basis covering approximately 20 -30 Associates and Subject Matter Experts
· Ensure productivity is maximized through supervision, analysis and feedback of operator performance data on a periodic basis
· Monitor quality of operator work as per the requirements of the quality audit process and meet audit targets set on a weekly basis
· Ensure accurate data entry by operators on various collected metrics as part of the process
Develop the work schedule for the week by balancing work between the various work processes (QA, editing etc.) as per the current demand
· Build daily and weekly status reports from metrics databases for communication to stakeholders
· File and track tickets and follow up on blocking or productivity impacting issues
· Maintain maximal productivity in terms of SLA compliance and improve metrics like Average Handle Time , Yield and Operator Productivity measures
· Maintain constant communication through daily huddles and provide regular feedback to the team and have monthly formal 1:1 with direct reports
· Track metrics around quality and productivity and ensure data authentication by identifying and fixing concerns
· Identify and implement process-related improvement
· Track all the failed titles and reasons for failure both in all channeles and to prioritize the fix for the failures in the upcoming releases
· Plan requirements for the tool release. Resource allocation on a daily basis for Operations and other adhoc testing activities which are carried out
· Collect, report and analyze on operator concerns and take corrective action in terms of messaging or communicating to HR or senior management on operator pain points
· Manage people effectively to maintain a highly motivated and top performing work force
Coordinating with the HR team to escalate issues when the need arises
· Identify and help implement process-related improvement by following identified techniques such as Kaizen, six sigma or lean techniques
· Coordintae with vendor on production and quality numbers and do capacity planning whenever required
REQUIREMENTS:
· Ability to lead, nurture and influence a team of 20-30 Associates
· Keenly and constantly gauge the state of operations on a daily basis and take corrective action and/or preventative actions
· Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment driven by complex software systems and processes
· Follow up on action items with different internal tech teams and bring issues to the rightful closure
· Strong attention to detail in editing content and deep dive and identify root causes of issues
· Communicate and take the lead role in identifying Gaps in process areas and work with all stakeholders to resolve the gaps
· Ability to listen and understand point of view of different stake holders and come to a mutually agreeable solution towards reaching company goals
· Master Metrics related to Quality, Cost and Delivery from an Operations perspective
· Excellent at problem solving, data analysis and troubleshooting issues
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or 2+ years Amazon experience
· Direct management experience for employees and their performance
· Experience with performance metrics and process improvement (how, when, who)
· Candidates must be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight shifts regularly
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field is a plus
· 3+ years management experience in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment
· Management of a minimum of 15 employees (including payroll, performance management, work-flow assignment)
· Interest in long-term career development through assignments in multiple FCs across the nation
