SUMMARY:
- This position is responsible the KS plant operation, a subsidiary factory of The Company, to ensure continuous improvement of quality, safety, production efficiency, and cost, to ensure compliance with industrial standard and local regulations and policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organization and People management;
- Fulfill Production plan;
- Provide management leadership to the plants. Assist COO to define clear, realistic annual goals and optimize production processes to bring lean manufacturing to achieve high productivity.
- Maintain and improved the quality management system; Ensure the Company is compliance with FDA, ISO, environment protection rules and regulations.
- Understand company objectives and develop execution plan; define and measure department objectives; and ensure proper execution.
- Train and develop people ensure proper succession plan; through supervision, coaching and counseling of employees to maintain high performance.
- Collaborate with other functions to support business strategy and initiatives;
- Develop and define plant annual budget and 3-5 year development strategy
