Business Analytics Manager 业务分析经理(外资银行)
Founded on 1865, our client is one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations, with around 6,600 offices in both established and faster-growing markets.
Location: Shanghai
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Analytics Manager
In this role, you will
Conduct customer-centric analysis with actionable insights to conceptualize segmentation strategy
Establish portfolio management framework with consistent Key Performance Indicators to monitor business performance and identify trends for new business opportunities
Promote fact-base and quality decision making on sales planning, frontline resources assignment and channel optimization
Facilitate the development of pricing decision to improve customer profitability
Ensure smooth project implementation from requirement collection, insights development to results sharing
Support Commercial banking business to manage marketing programmes effectively, on both process management and effectiveness measurement of Return On Investment to justify effective use of marketing and frontline resources
Provide mentoring to offshore team for the development and deployment of high-quality analytics
Establish data standards, ensuring they are properly followed to preserved data integrity, for robust and accurate analytical deliverables
Replicate success in portfolio management and analytics application to key Asia Pacific sites
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements
University degree in business, quantitative analysis or related discipline, with strong experience in portfolio management, marketing, CRM or credit risk management in a financial services industry or agency.
Excellent analytical skills with extensive exposure in database marketing, portfolio management
Proficient in SAS/SPSS with good data understanding, especially in HUB environment
Direct experience in guiding the development, dissemination and application of customer insight in Asia Pacific environment
Sound project management skills and exposure in engaging stakeholders in a multi-culture environment
Self-motivated with strong leadership, excellent influencing and communication skills
Knowledge of Commercial Banking products and business acumen
Fluent written and spoken English
