Analytics Director 亚太区分析总监(外资银行)

Reporting into the Regional Head of RBWM Analytics this is the key analytics leadership position supporting the successful, build and ongoing management of the Asia Pacific Analytics Centres, for Asia Pacific. The role holder will be accountable for all aspects of the analytics function within the Asia Pacific Analytics Centre.
The role holder will generate business profitability and grow market share by supporting CVM strategies with best practice analytical techniques, maximize business opportunities and increase the value of customer relationships via the development of standardized frameworks (segmentation, RFM frameworks, profiling insights, customer value analyses).
? Responsible for establishing the Analytics Centre within the CoE for Asia Pacific Up skill the team to deliver sophisticated, standardized analytical enablers to support acquisition, cross sell, upsell, retention and winback programs for RBWM to drive a significant uplift in revenue
? Accountable for ensuring that Centres is leveraged to deliver the Customer Proposition – whilst creating a faster analytical cycle Responsible for developing the Analytics Centre team, the business interaction processes that enable their effectiveness, the technical sophistication, and the successful adoption of new best of breed tools and techniques
? Accountable for the design of analytic strategies, aligned to Regionally defined approaches, definition of campaign concepts and development of offer strategies
? Responsible for the organization of the Analytics Centre to conduct analytics resulting in better decisions, optimize customer contact offer opportunities, deliver campaigns
? Responsible for the establishment of common KPIs and measurement across marketing campaigns and offer trigger engines
? Develops effective working relationships with key country teams to maintain expert knowledge of stakeholder requirements
? Responsible for ensuring the customer experience is at the forefront of any engagement
? Accountable for delivering sophistication of analytics
? Accountable for leading sophistication of analytical approaches within the Centre
? Responsible for collaboration between the Country teams and the Centre team
? Accountable for leading the team and removing barriers to industrializing and institutionalizing best / common practices
? Provide the personal leadership required within the Centre team
? Deliver Analytics industrialization efficiently in the Centre team and institutionalizing standard best practices to remove unnecessary complexity and increase stability
? Work with other key functions such as Information Management and Modeling, to seamlessly deliver outcomes for stakeholders
Requirements:
? At least 10 years’ experience in analytics in the financial/banking sector Masters degree
? In a relevant business discipline
? Extensive skills in strategy development, marketing, quantitative analysis, product profitability modeling and financial analysis
? Across multiple financial product categories and customer segments
? Deep technical knowledge of customer segmentation, digital marketing, model building, portfolio analytics, data mining development and applications
? Market/industry reviews for strategy formulation
? Excellent strategic and creative “out of the box” thinking capacity
? Strong leadership and communication skills
? Significant experience up skilling analysts with sophisticated analytics
? Deep experience in building and leading teams of analysts
