Job Summary:

This person will assist MD to represent the company to our clients, learning the intimate details of the clients' business, creating and implementing strategic recommendations and earning the trust of the client on a daily basis.

• Report to MD
• Strive for 100% client satisfaction. Set up high standard for project, striving to surpass client’s expectation. Not only lead own team, Consulting Director is also accountable for cross-functional team assembly, seamless teamwork and internal resource allocation according to the project need
• Independently formulate analysis framework and implementation plan for own projects. Strong ability to synthesize data from multiple sources for keen insights; Help clients identify and analyze their business or customer environment, and its change implications.
• Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting, etc and perform quality checks on all reports and conclusions for alignment to request not only accurately and correctly, but also with strategic and actionable recommendations.
• Recommend, design and implement relevant programs to ensure the team members are developed for future challenges; Oversee the management and conduct of assigned research projects including preparation, approval and delivery of proposals, reports and presentations
• Maintain and develop relationships with current or new clients with a plan to cross sell and introduce new services

Typical Position Pre-requisites:

· MBA Required

· At least 8 years experience in consulting industry

· Strong client focus and proactive

· Possess superior analytical and problem solving skills.

· Good at written and spoken English
