Under the direct supervision of Client Partner and Consultants, the incumbent will be primarily responsible for the following:
Search Project Execution
Working closely with Client Partners and consultants, the incumbent will support middle and senior search assignments across all functional areas and provide premium talent recruitment & development services for clients
Conduct cold calls and telephone interviews to source and pre-screen prospective qualified candidates
Prepare Job Specification per understanding of clients’ requirements.
Present opportunities to prospective candidates in an attractive and accurate manner
Serve as a key team member in the successful completion of client work.
Near-term goals will be to support/lead project engagements with a follow-on intermediary goal of building/extending specific client relationships
Manage and utilize internal resources to ensure the successful execution of the project.
With a number of assignments in different stages of completion your ability to multi-task and manage complexity is key to your success. The successful completion of a project will come from your ability to work as part of a team, utilizing the resources as well as tapping into the professional network across different geographies
Expected acquired skills: Interview skills, communication skills, and project management skills
Data Research
Work closely with search consultants to generate lists of executives accordingly to our search strategy
Research company & executive information via various information sources e.g. internet and a variety of databases
Communicate effectively industry, company and executive information among team members in order to enable the team to well represent intelligence and know-how in our focused industries
Expected acquired skills: Research skills and cold-calling skills
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor or Master degree with sound academic record (overseas degree preferred)
Good spoken/written/listening skills in English and Mandarin is essential
Interested in and good at dealing with people at different levels (must be comfortable with spending time talking on the phone and meeting new people)
High level of integrity and discretion
Character: Engaging; Positive attitude; Willingness to learn; Patient; Team player; “can-do” attitude; Self-motivated; Able to work under pressure and stand frustration; Able to express and articulate own ideas with internal and external constituencies; responsible; proactive; collaborative
Proficient in using internet and data research
