*Job Title
Financial Analysis Manager
*Department Description
*Detailed Posting
Responsible for coordinating, administering and controlling financial operations.
Prepare ,analyzes and interprets financial and budgetary reports.
Directs all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual/quarterly/monthly financial forecasts/actual.
Establishes operational objectives and assignments, and delegates assignments to operation /manufacture managers.
Involved in developing, modifying, and executing site policies which affect immediate operation(s) and may also have company-wide effect.
Regularly interacts with site management team on matters concerning several functional areas, Departments and/or supplier, customer.
Objectives are reviewed by senior management to determine success of operation.
Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance of, others in sensitive situations.
Be responsible for managing 2-3 members control finance team.
Familiar with China tax system and under it impact to company cost structure
Erroneous action/decision will result in critical delay(s) in schedules and/or unit operations and may jeopardize overall business activities.
*Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting, more than 8 years working experience in manufactory industry
2. Experience in ERP system (Oracle, Hyperion) is a major advantage
3. Good command of English
4. Team player, detail oriented, able to work under pressure
