The company:
Our client is a world leading international industrial automotive products manufacturer company, with over 90 years experiences, and over 50 sales networks globally. Today the company employs more than 40,000 people in the world. Their legal entity is located in the region of Wuxi, Suzhou. They are recognized as a premier supplier to highest quality and provide unique experiences to the customers. Today the company is further expanding their business and seeking for a Chinese BD manager to drive the business and provide the leadership towards the achievement of profitability, growth and business.
Your mission and task:
In this newly created position, your will develop sales strategy and activities, expand and maintain the customer base in the transportation industry (railway, commercial vehicle and passenger car segments). This includes executing actions to win new customers and repetitive business with current customers, assistance in the development and implementation of marketing, providing feedback on market pricing, customer pricing expectation and competitors’ involvement during the bidding process, and assisting technical teams in preparation of proposals and presentation. You will lead and manage the team, demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
Your profile:
You have at least 8 years working experience in similar sales role, ideally in the railway, commercial vehicle and passenger car segments with excellent networking in high level contacts in automotive industry. You must have extensive experiences in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management. Must have mechanical or vehicle background, engineering Degree preferred. You are an aggressive and ambitious sales professional, who can work independently and wants to achieve high results. You are willing to travel and work in a global professional team. You are native in mandarin and speak English fluently.
