Qualification required

• Education
• University degree architect
• Experience
• Minimum 5 years working experience in construction projects
• Assessment competence
• Professional experience in project management / project consultancy.
• Special Knowledge
• Excellent communication and team work spirit.
• High ability to assert oneself, team orientation and negotiation skills
• Persuasive and able to communicate in a structured and logical way.
• Intercultural competence
• Willing to travel.
• Business English in written and spoken

Task designation

• 1.Steering and coordination of all internal and external project participants
• Secure communication within Daimler Real Estate Group , project groups and towards Project Leader
• Project reporting due to Project structure tasks and responsibilities.
• Monitor the progress of all project packages, make sure all sub-projects are realized as expected according to deadlines and within budget
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate project management tools
• Track project milestones and deliverables
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
• 2.Staff Management
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities
• Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members
• Co-work with third party project /department consultants
