职位描述

Objective of job

  • Being customer main contacts, manage customer relationship
  • Monitor and Process parts sales orders from customers
  • Coordinate with warehouse for picking and delivery
  • Back orders release and ETA update for customers
  • Sales reports and analysis

Qualification required

  • Education
    • Diploma in Automotive, Logistics and/or Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • Working experience in the automotive business on retail as well as wholesale level.
    • Good communication and problem solving skills.
    • Good coordination and cooperation skills on teamwork.
  • Specific Knowledge
    • Mandarin speaker with excellent command of spoken and written English.
    • Knowledge of automotive parts and dealer operation process.
    • Customer oriented.

Task designation

  • 1. Parts Sales
    • Monitor, proceed and control the orders from customers, import them into DPTS IMS system according to the order schedule and by districts.
    • Create WIP for manual parts orders for special items.
    • Generate report and precede back order release in IMS system.
    • Manual review and control ICT of each warehouse to reduce the back orders.
    • Support other issues related with parts sales for internal customers and departments.
  • 2. Picking and Delivery
    • Coordinate with warehouse about print picking note for each warehouse and monitor the delivery note.
    • Generate invoices to customers after confirmation of delivery note.
  • 3. ETA update
    • Get inquiries from customers for ETA update, check and follow up with relevant department about the ETA update information and feedback to customer in a timely manner.
  • 4. Reporting
    • Generate reports from IMS system on a weekly and monthly basis.
    • Coordinate with DPTS finance department for invoice and order relegated issues.
  • 5. Inter-department cooperation
    • Maintain good cooperation with customers.
    • Interactive with technical and claims team and supplier management team as well as inventory team.

Daimler Northeast Asia Parts Trading and Services Co., Ltd. (DPTS), which was established in April 2008, is headquartered in Beijing and running three operative warehouses in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. The headquarter is taking care of the administrational processes, including inventory management, importation, domestic trading, export, customer relationship management, procurement, transportation management, warehouse management, contract management and cost planning, as backbone to the three warehouses which do the physical distribution.

As a 100% subsidiary of Daimler Northeast Asia, DPTS aims to integrate the spare parts logistics supply for all Daimler activities in PR China under one roof, including MB PC, MB CV, MB Van, Maybach and smart. The target of DPTS is to provide MB-Standard service level with cost efficiency by synergies mainly in warehouse, transportation and administration.
