Objective of job

• Responsible for timing control and production management of MB brochure and literature
• Well manage company resource and maximize effectiveness and efficiency of communication for sales driven campaign
• Strongly support the marketing communications of auto shows.

Qualification required

• Understand MB brand and products
• Relevant knowledge and experience in advertising of auto industry, at least 2 years’ experience
• Team working and can work under pressure
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Fluent spoken and written English

Task designation

• Overall control the timeline and quality of MB brochure and literature development and production
• Finance & Controlling team coordination
• Procurement preparation and follow ups
• Contract and other finance logistics arrangement
• Process management
• Develop communication plan for sales driven campaign and coordinate Macom creative team to deliver advertisement support to dealers
• Manage retail support agency to provide required material:
• Ad templates for dealers
• Quarterly competitive review for marketing team
• Auto show communication and material support
• Communicate with four regions regularly to well understand the needs of dealers and provide supporting accordingly.

As a joint-venture wholesale company, Mercedes-Benz (China) Ltd (MBCL), imports almost the entire MBC passenger car product line to mainland China, and manages the brand, sales, service and distribution for MBC products in China. MBCL also oversees the Hong Kong operation via Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong Ltd. (a 100% Daimler AG subsidiary), which manages the imported MBC passenger cars and CV for Hong Kong and Macau.
