Objective of job
- To conduct daily sales operations and marketing material preparation for MB/smart Collections, and lead event/project relating to sales promotions and public exhibitions.
Qualification required
- Training
- University graduate in Business or marketing related discipline
- Experience
- 6-8 years of experience in sales planning and operation; sales experiences with wholesaler and retailer in auto area or parts area is preferred;
- Have experience with marketing strategy and planning;
- Solid working experience in a multi-national corporate environment;
- Specific knowledge
- Good communication skill with business partners;
- Perspective thinking;
- Multi-task and attention to detail;
- Professional team management;
- Concise writing skills in English and Chinese; Excellent verbal English;
- Good at using Excel and Power-point.
Task designation
- Sales Strategy, Management and Implementation
- Manage the sales of C/TA; able to analyses sales report and identify sales opportunities and weakness in both wholesale and retail level;
- Make sales planning and define marketing strategy for the C/TA business in China, to achieve company and department business goal;
- Define and develop sales implementation plan based on strategy;
- Establish connections with business partners and develop business with them;
- Familiar with wholesale process and responsible for optimizing sales operation, including stock management, business partner coordination, sales administration, warranty policy and process, etc.
- Review and report the result of all sales and marketing activities of C/TA business to management.
- Leadership and Control
- Lead team to achieve the defined goal for C/TA business;
- Take the lead on special project in the C/TA business development;
- Drive sales or marketing activities implementation for C/TA;
- The quality gate for sales activities and material; and ensure style and contents are in consistency with the required standards and Corporate Identity at all times.
- Be familiar with the design needs of different POS material and the retail needs for the POS materials.
- Write copy according to in-house style and reflect corporate and product positioning.
- Communication
- Support regions and dealers in meeting their sales needs for C/TA business;
- Cross-department communications with relevant after-sales departments and S&M departments relating to C/TA business;
- Communication with Headquarter regarding business needs and feedback
