Objective of job

• Project management for after-sales retail consulting projects with technical focus to selected MB dealerships across China, in order to optimize after-sales processes and improve technical capabilities of the dealerships
• Support project manager on coordination’s with other departments, HQ, and service providers to ensure smooth implementation of the projects
• Support project manager on project planning, monitoring and documentation to maintain and further develop project concepts and tool kits
• Organize after-sales events and workshops as required

Qualification required

• Skills/Experience/Attributes:
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Quick learner and self-starter
• Excellent language skills in English and Chinese, both written and verbal
• Familiar with MS Office applications
• Willing to travel frequently within China
• Specific knowledge:
• Good project management and organizational skills with good analytical and conceptual abilities
• Knowledge about automotive technologies is a plus
• Education/Training:
• University degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or business management related majors
• 2-3 years work experience, preferably with technical background
• Automotive industry experience is preferred

Task designation

• 1.Retail Project Implementation
• Conducting retail projects to further optimize the retail operation and enhance the consulting portfolio
• Accomplishing the projects purchasing procedure according to BMBS regulations
• Organizing events and workshops as required
• 2. Retail Project Development
• Optimization of the current retail project concept, approach, and tools
• Project development according to market needs
• 3.Others
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisor as and when required

As a joint-venture wholesale company, Mercedes-Benz (China) Ltd (MBCL), imports almost the entire MBC passenger car product line to mainland China, and manages the brand, sales, service and distribution for MBC products in China. MBCL also oversees the Hong Kong operation via Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong Ltd. (a 100% Daimler AG subsidiary), which manages the imported MBC passenger cars and CV for Hong Kong and Macau.
