Qualification required

• Education
• Bachelor degree in Law/Finance
• Experience
• Legal, collection experience in a Financial Services Company, Bank, or law firm in litigation area for at least 2 years
• Specific Knowledge
• Sound knowledge in legal environment and process in China
• Good English, both in written and spoken
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge about Microsoft applications

Task designation

• 1.Recovery Management
• Calling write-off customers (including retail, CV & Fleet customers), ensuring the record and filing is align with guideline. Understanding customers intention and payment ability , analyzing the risk lever and collection probability for every single case, and taking different collection activities.
• 2.Outsourced Cases Handling
• Work with and managing external agent on outsourced cases, study agent report, and provide proper collection suggestion.
• 3.Litigation Cases Handling
• Cooperate and initiate litigation process with external law firms. Follow the entire process from case filing to Court auction. Closely work with external law firms, Courts and liquidation committee.
• Develop and update legal documents, incl. agent frame contract, authorization letters, voluntary surrender letters etc.
• 4.Agent and Law firm Management
• Obtain single case report and monthly case report from agents and law firms
• Monitor and feedback on agents and lawyers’ work quality,
• 5.Others
• Conduct other tasks as required by your supervisor to support achievement of the company’s business objectives.
