职位描述

Objective of job

  • Communication and Customer Relationship management
  • Logistics status coordination and complain management
  • Logistics status coordination and complain management
  • Coordinate P/O status, ETA, special orders etc.
  • B/O follow up, local partner (BBDC/FJDA) contact
  • Coordinate with pricing and contracts related issues

Qualification required

  • Education
    • Diploma or above in Logistics / Business Administration / Automotive.
  • Experience
    • At least 5 year experience in customer services especially in the automotive business
    • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
    • Leadership skills with emphasis on teamwork
  • Specific Knowledge
    • High Customer orientation
    • Native English speaker or excellent in English speaking and business writing
    • Native Mandarin speaker or fluent in Mandarin with understanding of local business environments
    • Knowledge of automotive parts and dealer operation process is preferred

Task designation

  • 1.Customer Relationship Management
    • Manage and supervise all customer related projects and activities
    • Maintain a good customer relationship by providing professional services
    • Lead and facilitate customer meetings and workshops for communication
    • Pro-actively update open issues status
    • Supervise effective and timely coordination of VPC plant measures
    • Handle customer complaints and provide explanations and solutions
  • 2.Coordinate within DPTS (IM, NTM, WPM, IE, SQM) for customer issues
    • Contact internal departments in DPTS to satisfy customer requirements
    • Lead the internal discussion and challenge for the best solution from the view of customer’s interests
    • Decision making and feedback for customer requirements by providing integrated solutions
    • Collect more information internally and make it transparent for customer for their better understanding and actions
  • 3.Process Optimization and Reporting
    • Customer issue management and reporting
    • Report to CRM management on a weekly basis for open issues status
    • Report on special order status update on daily basis
  • 4.Personnel Development/Leadership
    • Lead Customer Relationship Coordination team to cope with customer requests and requirements.
    • Provide regular performance feedback to guarantee the achievement of the target agreement.
    • Define and agree on qualification and development measures.
    • Initiate and maintain a team oriented and solution oriented working environment.
    • Ensure a professional cooperation with all business partners, set-up and active participation to regular reviews with customer wholesale organizations, or suppliers.

Daimler Northeast Asia Parts Trading and Services Co., Ltd. (DPTS), which was established in April 2008, is headquartered in Beijing and running three operative warehouses in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. The headquarter is taking care of the administrational processes, including inventory management, importation, domestic trading, export, customer relationship management, procurement, transportation management, warehouse management, contract management and cost planning, as backbone to the three warehouses which do the physical distribution.

As a 100% subsidiary of Daimler Northeast Asia, DPTS aims to integrate the spare parts logistics supply for all Daimler activities in PR China under one roof, including MB PC, MB CV, MB Van, Maybach and smart. The target of DPTS is to provide MB-Standard service level with cost efficiency by synergies mainly in warehouse, transportation and administration.
