Qualification required

• Education
• Bachelor degree in finance/ business /law
• Good English, both in written and spoken
• Experience
• Collections, credit or other related experience in a Financial Services Company, Bank, guarantee company or other related finance industry or function for at least 3 years
• Specific Knowledge
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge about Microsoft applications
• Leadership experience.

Task designation

• 1. Collection business management
• Supervise and coordinate team members to handle delinquent cases for CV, fleet and retail contracts including calling or arranging home visit of such customers. ensuring the record and filing is align with guideline.
• Developing and execution of restructuring proposals on financial distress customers after approval.
• Working with and managing external agent on outsourced cases, studying agent report, and providing proper collection suggestion.
• 2.Agent Management
• Managing agents’ collection activities, providing collection solutions.
• Providing agent performance reports, incl. recovery turnaround time, recovery ratio, cost and efficiency report etc.
• 3.IT Support
• Monitor IT system performance, and make system update or enhancement requirements according to business needs.
• 4. Cross department communication
• Work closely with IT team and Accounting team for daily system operation and customer payment reconciliation.
• Work closely with Credit team, arrange regular meeting on credit-collection related topic.
• Share delinquent report with Sales team or business partners
• Participate in collection related project.
• 5.Team management
• Training and coaching junior collection team members.
• 6.Others
• Support of Manager in other tasks and projects.
