Objective of job

• Obtain and assess customer satisfaction reports (e.g. JD Power)
• Prioritize and analyze most customer relevant Powertrain issues
• Develop counter measures and arrange required decisions

Qualification required

• Education
• University degree in engineering
• Experience
• Several years of work experience in Project Management, Quality and/or Aftersales
• Specific Knowledge
• Good knowledge of engine development and localization
• Flexibility and communication skills
• Fluent English and Chinese is mandatory; German language knowledge is an advantage

Task designation

• Obtain and assess customer satisfaction reports (e.g. JD Power, IQS, etc.) and Aftersales databases (e.g. Aqua, FINAS, etc.)
• Prioritize and analyses most customer relevant Powertrain issues; focus on china-specific problems
• Develop countermeasures for china-specific quality issues; align these countermeasures with Vehicle Endurance Testing Team
• Report the aligned countermeasures to RD/C PT Management and QEP in order to arrange required decisions
• Work together with cross-functional departments like quality, aftersales, development and workshops; coordinate activities between these departments
