Objective of job

• Development the homologation cars and components logistic process to ensure the certification plan
• Execution MB PC products project, e.g. small volume car importation, E-Mobility car certification project
• Clarification and operation the passive safety certification tests
• Organization and implementation the vehicle data CoP conformity checking
• Establish respective working counter parts in various government authorities

Qualification required

• Education
• University degree in mechanical, automotive engineering or comparable educational background
• Experience
• At least 5-7 years of working experience within automobile industry.
• Minimum 3 years homologation experience
• Specific Knowledge
• Fluent English and Chinese (written/spoken)
• Good communication skill with external parties and internal parties,
• Team player with open-minded work attitude and ability to adapt to new situations
• Good computer and MS office knowledge

Task designation

• 1. Homologation Vehicle overall Logistics operation & status tracking
• Set Up the homologation hardware tracking process
• Track the homologation hardware production and logistic status
• Develop and optimize the tracking tools with relevant partners
• Follow up the homologation hardware custom facilities procedure
• Monitor the homologation hardware preparation and delivery procedure to ensure the certification plan in time
• Clarify the import policy regarding the homologation
• 2. Certification passive testing support
• Negotiate and clarify with the authorities regarding the certification requirement and test criteria
• Work with expert to prepare the necessary test documents for certification
• Follow up the test labs to plan the certification test
• Execute the test hardware preparation (e.g., internal fitting test)
• 3. Small volume Project Execution
• Clarify the E-Mobility car certification and small volume policy requirement and estimate the cost and timeline
• Cooperate with relevant dept. to conduct the small volume vehicle importation process
• Execute the E-Mobility car CCC certification test and emission catalogue registration
• Define the car data conformity checking plan; organize the internal checking activities; update the results to HQ; clarify all the open issues and suggest for the further activities
• 4. General
• Cooperate to implement the CoP inspection to ensure the vehicle pass the CIQ inspection
• Support team on logistic related for special/individual project/events/workshop
• Support other team members in case needed
• 5. Beijing In-use car conformity test
• Operate the in-use car test to fulfill the BEPA in-use car conformity requirements
