Objective of job

• Perform administrative works nationwide to support commercial vehicle sales team to achieve business targets. Help Sr. Manager with Due Diligence/compliance processes and activities.

Qualification required

• Skills –general skills, personality traits,
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Excellent in MS Office applications incl. PowerPoint
• Functionality Skills – Process and technical skills
• Experience in administration or assistance work
• Experience in automotive industry and/or financing is preferred
• Experience and education
• University degree.
• 2-3 years working experiences, with multinational companies is preferred.
• Management and leadership skills,
• Clear thinking and quick learning
• Ability to handle multiple works at same time
• Team spirit

Task designation

• Facilitate communication between HQ and CV sales team/dealers by delivering and transferring information and documents effectively.
• Provide quick and efficient support to CV sales team for achieving sales targets.
• Coordinate with other departments of MBAFC to follow up CV sales team and dealers’ requests and ensure all issues solved in a timely manner
• Collect and monitor various sales report and timely provide summary for management.
• Cooperate with other departments in DTBC/BFDA/FBAC to facilitate MBAFC’s business growth in CV.
• Provide administrative support to regional sales team, such as arranging meetings, travels, billings, reimbursement, etc.
• Lead or coordinate ad-hoc projects and perform other jobs assigned.
• Coordinate with LCM for Due Diligence/Compliance activities.
