Objective of job

• Ensure all related GL voucher booking properly and timely.
• Prepare various reports to local bureau & government, and ensure the reports’ accuracy and submitting on time.
• Provide necessary finance information to support the management on decision making.
• Cooperation with internal/external auditors for strong accounting supporting.

Qualification required

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/ accounting or business related subjects
• Fluent with both Chinese and English
• Familiar with SAP system
• 1-3 years experiences with big four or corporate accounting functions
• Certified Public Accountant preferred

Task designation

• Prepare GL voucher(Records to Reporting_GL SOP)
• Prepare GL voucher and park relevant journal
• (Including accrual and provision journals, GAAP adjustment journals under IFRS) in SAP system.
• Sub-ledge reconciliation
• Reconciliation of sub-ledge account balance with GL account balance.
• Inter-company reconciliation
• Prepare inter-company APAR balance report and send to AP/AR team on time.
• Reconcile APAR balance between inter-companies monthly. Cooperate with APAR team with to reconcile the line items with counter party’s balance.
• Fill Confirmation Letter and send out on time.
• Prepare accrual and provision report (Records to Reporting_GL SOP)
• Responsible for accrual & provision application’s reasonable checking
• Monitoring the utilization of accrual and provision.
• Preparing accrual and provision report each month for management’s review.
• Local report
• Prepare local report (Balance Sheet and Income Statement)
• Prepare Governmental report
• Prepare Statistic and Financial bureau reports (monthly, quarterly and yearly)
• Annual inspection and licenses renew
• Responsible for the government annual check including the foreign currency annual check, Statistic annual check, and Financial annual check etc.
• Make the company business license, Statistical license and financial license renewed on yearly base
