职位描述
Objective of job
- HQ drive for customer centric strategy, more interaction with HQ is expected
- Create, standardize and improve the current multiple and inconsistent processes from Sales and Marketing, Aftersales, MBAFC, Regional offices and dealers to ensure a holistic CRM customer strategy
- Dealer communication with regional offices
- Coordinate with the CRM system development across the organization and with dealers
- Represent China’s prominence in CRM system governance board with other markets
- Develop guidelines and retail CRM strategy (with BDC), retail CRM Sales force system launch, provide training to dealers
- On-going customer segmentation study
Qualification required
- Skills –general skills, personality traits
- Proficient in both Chinese and English (both written and verbal)
- Strong coordination skills
- Self-motivated
- Be a team player but can work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Functionality Skills – Process and technical skills
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office
- Familiar with the Visio
- Experience and education
- Min three years working experience is preferred
- Experience in CRM processes management
- Experience in IT related projects
- Working experience in other IT consultancy firm is preferred
- Mgt. and leadership skills
- Strong leadership skill is required
- Strong project management skill is required
- Strong analytical skill
- Able to link the missing process linkage together
Task designation
- CRM Governance:
- Regular coordination and monitoring on CRM activities and the alignment among all stakeholders including Sales & Marketing, Aftersales, Network Development, Regional Offices, MBAFC and dealers to ensure a holistic customer strategy horizontally across BMBS & MBAFC and vertically with regional offices and dealers group and dealers.
- Identify clear roles and responsibilities on the CRM activities among the stakeholders
- Working on the CRM Retail process standardization and have clear picture on CRM topics between wholesale and retail
- CRM IT Project Support:
- Coordinate with other stakeholders with future CRM IT system development and enhancement including CRM retail integration, telematics, MBAFC involvement and social media integration etc.
- Launch the system to the dealers including negotiation with the dealer groups
- Work tightly with Business Development Centre (BDC) team for the retail lead & campaign management process and systems development
- Coordinating with other markets
- Support the CRM IT system governance model with Australia and other possible markets to address China’s requirements if necessary
- Coordinate different workshops with HQ if CRM process/IT project are involved
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders
- Work on the corporate strategy with various functions to ensure MBCL long term achievements
- Follow up with the various teams with their strategies
- Strategic Planning and Project Management for the respective topics
- Build up a market intelligence system with all market, industry and competitor information
- Develop new business concept or explore new business opportunities, conduct the market research or feasibility study to ensure the new business is applicable for the Chinese market
- Work with the consultancy if necessary
- Work with the Headquarter respective departments if necessary
- Business management
- Manage the team budget and monitor the budget uses
