Objective of job

• Design fleet sales policy and calculate incentive payout and handle incentive payout inquiries and resolve appeals

Qualification required

• Proactive mentality, analytical and strategic thinking, leadership and influencing skills
• Education: bachelor degree from leading university
• Languages: Fluent written/spoken English

Task designation

• Fleet Incentive Policy Design
• Provide analytical (i.e. simulations) and communication support to Incentive Manager and Associate Incentive Manager in sales incentive policy design for sales force of BHP, DC and R&I divisions
• Gather inputs from operation team and seek approval from decision makers
• Fleet Incentive Calculation
• Calculate incentive payout on monthly basis; ensure timely and accurate incentive payout
• Conduct quality check on calculation results
• Handle incentive payout inquiries and resolve appeals, if any
• Fleet Incentive Functional Excellence
• Support to optimize sales incentive process and build up related systems

As a joint-venture wholesale company, Mercedes-Benz (China) Ltd (MBCL), imports almost the entire MBC passenger car product line to mainland China, and manages the brand, sales, service and distribution for MBC products in China. MBCL also oversees the Hong Kong operation via Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong Ltd. (a 100% Daimler AG subsidiary), which manages the imported MBC passenger cars and CV for Hong Kong and Macau.
