Title: Customer Service Manager
Location: Shanghai/Beijing
Report to: Sales Director
General Purpose: Maintain good relationship with customers by providing professional, technical and commercial services through leading customer service and after-sales service teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain good relationship with customers by providing professional, technical and commercial services through leading customer service and after-sales service teams.

? Supervise customer service team to deliver timely response and follow-ups to customers with priority.

? Optimize the process/workflow to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer service.

? Evaluate the functional structure to maximize the team synergy.

? Work with relevant departments to further develop the competency of team members.

? Coordinate with external/internal expertise to address customer requests and complaints.

? Provide job reports per requested by sales director.

? Other tasks assigned by sales director.

Qualifications & Experience:

? Bachelor's degree in business management or mechanical
background preferred;

? Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in manufacturing industry;

Ability: Verbal Reasoning: above average of managerial / professional level within customer contact general population comparison group.

Knowledge: Excellent knowledge in customer service practice. Knowledge in vehicle service products will be a plus.

Language: Good command of English & Mandarin both in written and oral.


Computer skills: Mastery of MS Office software; especially Excel, PowerPoint.
