任职资格：

1、有2年以上证券类公司工作经验；

2、助理秘书类工作经验2年以上，英语六级以上，能熟练与外籍人士对话；

3、有较强的抗压能力，能接受短期出差安排；

4、有项目类工作经验者优先。

职位要求：
1、负责副总裁的日程安排，为副总裁接见访客做好预约工作
2、负责副总裁的各类文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作
3、协助副总裁完成集团各类项目，并按时完成各类报表的递交
4、负责组织起草、纪录、整理副总裁召开的各类集团及项目会议材料
5、为副总裁翻译相关文件,协助副总裁进行项目负责人间的沟通对接
6、了解证券相关知识及业务操作，协助副总裁完成集团各类项目的跟进
7、大学本科毕业，中英文听说写能力良好，能熟练应用MS-OFFICE办公软件。
8、具备良好的职业素养、服务意识、沟通能力和责任感，能承受工作压力，胜任岗位职责。
9、同等条件下，具有两年以上秘书、助理经验及证券类工作经验者优先录用。
