Position: HRIS Specialist
Report to: C&B, HRIS and HR Operations Manager
Location: Shanghai

Mission:

This position will deliver reporting support to implement and drive HR system strategy by providing user support services and testing, security/access requests portal support and data requests for reporting and metrics.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Participate in HRIS projects, focus on the user requirement collection, UAT and go-live support;
2. Act of HRIS key user, train other HR team members on the HR system's application if necessary or requested;
3. Performs data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and research/reports on any data discrepancies;
4. Delivers routine monthly/annually reporting and responds to ad hoc data requests;
5. Conducts data analysis on HR data such as compensation, training, employment and annual appraisal as directed and prepares reports and statistics in support of HR operations.

Technical Skills:

Should be familiar with HRIT system (Kayang or Peoplesoft and etc)

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in related field and 2+ years of directly related Human Resources Information System administration experience.
