Responsibility:

Phone call receiving,answering and switching
Visitors'reception
Postage coordination with EMS,DHL,post office,etc
General stationery and office supplies purchasing and distribution
Travel arrangement including air tickets,hotel booking, etc
Proper filing management regarding above duties
Inspect security issues such as badge wearing,main door closing, visitor identity,etc
Monthly expense claim for above items in charge
Involved in company activity organizing outing,annual party
Assistance with other office management work when required
Assistance with emergency work from other department,subject to availability

Qualification:

Capable English speaking and writing
Good communication skill
Positive attitude and high sense of responsibility
More than one year working experience at the same position
