What you offer:
？ a master degree in economics or business administration
？ minimum 5 years of professional commercial experience in industry or consulting
？ around 3 years of professional commercial experience in consulting
？ in-depth knowledge about the optimization of internal operating procedures and organizational development
？ experience in change management and the implementation of complex projects
？ experience in project management and moderation
？ comprehensive expertise in methods
？ ability to negotiate confidently in English and Chinese
