主要职责：

？ As a technical expert in supporting the electrical and mechanical, chemical system in operation & maintenance, which includes, but not limited to the HV/MV/LV electrical power, UPS, Transformer, generator, HVAC, cooling/chilled/heat water system, fire protection system, life safety system, BMS, etc.
作为技术专家领导的支持现场技术员团队进行电气、机械和化学系统的运行和维护，包含但并不局限于高低压电力系统、UPS、变压器、发电机、空调、冷却/冷冻/热水系统、消防系统、生命安全系统及BMS系统等。
？ Responsible for troubleshooting, incident root-cause analysis, operations reliability improvement, energy monitoring & conservation and innovation engineering.
负责故障排查、事故事件根本原因分析、运行可靠性的改进、能源监测和节能、工程革新等。
？ Assist the Account Manager in project management and ensure all project activities in compliance with company policies and ethics.
协助项目经理管理项目并确保所有项目行为符合客户及公司制度和道德规范
？ Manage the training system and take the lead in implementing the sustaining training for Technicians.
管理培训系统并负责对技术员的执行持续性的技术培训。
？ Review, develop and implement engineering processes and continuous improvement programs.
审核和开发并执行工程相关程序并持续改进相关程序。
？ Develop and manage preliminary design and drawing of engineering modification, innovation and additional project work.
开发并管理设备更新相关的图纸和方案，技术创新及增项项目工作。
？ Be responsible for the tools or instrument calibration.
负责工具管理及定期标定。
？ Lead in investigating any incident related to facility operation. As a single point of the technology, attend the outside incident investigation; communicate the technical related matters with outside resources.
领导设施设备运行方面的事故调查，作为技术方面的指定联系人参与外部事件调查，外部资源技术方面的沟通和联系。
？ Establish and maintain BOS system.
建立和维护设施相关BOS.
？ Establish and maintenance SOP in EAM system
建立和维护标准工作流程在EAM系统中

任职资格：
？ Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field, e.g. HVAC/ Mechanical/Electric/Automation, etc.
？ Minimum 5 years working experience in related field.
？ In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems described above.
？ Good command of both writing and reading in English.
？ Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.
？ Strong follow-up capability.
