About the Initiative:
Our Operational Consulting team runs a program of strategic projects designed to accelerate the model of creating global scale and efficiency by leveraging the purchasing power and vast talent pool of the sister brands – Digitas, Razorfish, Zenith Optimedia and the Starcom Media Vest group. The teams objectives are to support growth rates greater than the industry standard while reducing costs so that member brands can focus on delivering strategic value to clients.

About the Position:
The Senior Functional Analyst plays a major part in the definition of future-state business processes and extracting business and technical requirements in order to enable the organization achieve its goals.

The Snr FA is responsible for working closely with senior business stakeholders and their teams to understand and to clearly document all the business complexities relating to current state business processes. Assisting in the identification of redesign or enhancement opportunities to deliver improved productivity or efficiency to the business - Establishing future-state ‘Best Practice’.

The Snr FA is a repository of system knowledge and acts as a critical liaison between various team members.
The Snr FA will create detailed requirements documentation, help to facilitate consensus-driven solutions, working with the Program Director to create and execute an implementation plan for Future State transition activities.
Responsibilities:
? Plan, design content for and facilitate cross-functional project meetings and workshops to gather current state process details.
Define and document business requirements, business process flows and diagrams.
? Work with the Program Director and Executive Stakeholders to develop process recommendations
? Determine organizational change impact & Strategy for transitioning from current state to future state.
? Provide review and input into other deliverables as appropriate Support Program Director in day-to-day Project Management services across the project life cycle.

Minimum Qualifications:
? Tertiary qualification in a Business or Technology related discipline
? 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience in business process improvement, including process design and re-design, data analytics, and process monitoring and control, as well as the use of process improvement methodologies and tools to eliminate defects and/or waste in products and processes, improve costs, cycle time and customer satisfaction.
? Proven ability to creatively solve problems both independently and within a team environment
? Excellent interviewing, presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills
? Proficient with Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Excel
? Certification in a Process Improvement Methodology, such as Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), Lean or TQM helpful
? Willingness to travel
? Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Spoken and Written)
