Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the execution of company policies and procedures. In charge of daily office work, and provide assistance to other departments where necessary.
- Maintenance, annual inspection, modification and renewal of Beijing office's business licenses and certificates.
- In charge of monthly office environment checking
- Office vehicle management and driver task assignment
- Oversea travel coordination and management. Contact with Germany, Singapore, Korea and other regions for LOI, accommodation confirmation, training agenda, etc. where necessary
2. Procurement and vendor management
- Assist sourcing department in selecting office stationery & supplies vendor. Ensure their service with quality and efficiency
- Fix assets management, including office furniture and renovation
- Other resources required
3. Organizing and coordinating of company event and function, incl. QBR, mid-year conference, annual conference and other company-scale activities
4. People management
- Supervision and management of the daily work of receptionist, driver and admin assistant. Ensure their service with quality and efficiency
- Outsourcing staff management, incl. cleaners, drivers, and security guard (logistic center only)
5. Establish reasonable and effective budget, and supervise the execution


Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in English, business administration or management major
-5+ years working experience in foreign enterprise with at least 2 years in supervisory position. Germany enterprises or pharmaceutical industry working background is preferred
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Be able to complete PPT report independently
