职位描述

Position Summary:

Senior Human Resources leader for the China Business Center and Manufacturing sites and is responsible for leading and driving HR strategy and initiatives in China. As a member of the HR senior staff, participate in the development and execution of business plans, identifying HR initiatives and programs in support of the business plan and the overall corporate objectives. Responsible for execution of these approved plans. Key areas of responsibility include talent management, employee relations, performance management, and project management within a matrix HR organization.

Essential job functions:

Provide HR leadership to China and develop people and the organizational strategies tied to corporate goals.
Proactively identify labor trends and provide insightful guidance on strategic direction in China.
Identify the needs for organizational development to include change management, teamwork, business acumen, and work with HR partners to fill those needs.
Drive an effective communications strategy within the organization.
Provide proactive guidance and counsel to managers and employees on employee relations issues as appropriate.
Coach managers on subjects such as performance management, career planning, and succession planning.
Participate in developing a culture of customer service, quality and innovation.
Foster a diverse and fully engaged workforce.
Ensure alignment from corporate to division, to plans, to practices, and to individual performance.
Responsible for compliance with corporate programs ranging from diversity to performance management to succession planning.
Proactively engage in workforce planning on a divisional and corporate level.
Leverage HR centers of excellence around the globe to maximize the utilization of skills and best practices while providing a high level of consistency of performance throughout the organization.
Participate in corporate, Human Resources and divisional projects as appropriate.

Position Requirements/ Skills:

Strong HR technician. Deep knowledge of employee relations, labor trends and compensation trends in China.
Demonstrated success in consulting, communications, judgment, and influencing skills.
Ability to thrive in a matrix organization.
Strong background as a HR generalist with strength in change management, performance management, and organizational development.
Excellent understanding and commitment to diversity and an inclusive workforce.
Global, remote teaming and organization culture experience preferred.
Willing to travel globally.
Background with high technology companies is desired.
Experience in a fast paced, complex environment.
Strong English language skills.

Education and Experience Required:

Minimum of 10 years of HR and organizational development in a multinational company.
Bachelor’s degree in HR and/or business related discipline. Advanced degree, including MBA is preferred.
